Yesterday comedian Fazion Love was arrested in Columbus, OH for assaulting a valet at the John Glenn airport over parking fees.

Fazion tells TMZ the valet was talking trash about his $1000 valet bill and then tried to spit on him before Fazion snatched him by the neck and drug him to the ground.

Fazion has pleaded not guilty to assault charges.
