Method Behind the Madness:

“This is actually one of the easiest songs I’ve written. All the research the information I needed has been right in front of my face for as long as I’ve lived. It was just a matter of fitting everything into a three minute beat. So there was a lot of cutting and pasting (laughs). All in all, I think people need to hear songs like these once every blue moon so they can realize that these issues affect hip hop artist as well as politicians, business men, parents or teachers. Maybe it makes social awareness more cool or trendy. So in a way, I’m just doing my part (laughs).”
