Two years before he celebrates the tenth anniversary of his debut, Chris Brown has announced the birth of a biopic documenting his inspirational rise to the top, and well publicized run while there.  He has enlisted famed director of “Boyz in the Hood” and “Poetic Justice” fame to produce the anticipated bio flick.
