Beyonce debuted her new blonde bomb at the “V” Festival in the UK last night.  She sent the world into a media freezy when she unveiled on her instagram page a new short pixie cut.  Either way long or short Beyonce will definitely continue to rock the stadiums while finishing up her “Mrs Carter Show,” in Latin America and officially ending the run at the Barclays in Brooklyn on Dec. 23rd.
