The front row was a who’s who of music and fashion elite including Beyoncé, Jay Z, Rihanna, Diddy, Cassie, 2 Chainz, and Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour.

The Yezzy’s drop on Valentine’s Day and retail for $350.00.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are the new faces of Balmain’s spring/summer 2015 menswear campaign.

Kim posted the news on Twitter with the caption, “BALMAIN!”

The Wests are friends with the brand’s creative director, Olivier Rousteing. “For this menswear campaign, I wanted to capture a moment of love,” said Rousteing. “Kim and Kanye are style icons and friends. It is an honor to have them in this Balmain campaign. Together, they represent love, beauty and diversity—they are the new modernity. This is more than acampaign, it expresses something beyond clothes—it is a celebration of love and friendship. This is a new statement for Balmain.”

Rihanna is adding another job to her résumé. She has been named Creative Director of Puma. According to WWD, the 26-year-old will oversee the direction of the sporting brand’s womenswear line.

She jetted to Puma’s headquarters in Herzogenaurach, Germany, on Monday to meet with the design team and pick out colors, styles, and discuss the line’s direction.

Rapper Fabolous Celebrates 37th B’Day with 90’s Themed Party

 Rapper Fabolous was out and about flexxin’ in the streets of New York as he celebrated his 37th Birthday at the Liberty Theatre in NYC.  His party was a 90’s filled theme with old school BMW’s, beepers, and of course the stone aged cell phones.  Celebrities like  Swizz Beatz, Mase, Teyana Taylor and his girl Emily B. was in the building with their 90’s swag!! Nicki Minaj is gearing up to release her third album The PinkPrint due next month, she unleashes her sexy style in the November issue of GQCheck out some photos and excerpt from the magazine below:

On her natural look: “I always thought that by the time I put out a third album, I would want to come back to natural hairand natural makeup. I thought, I will shock the world again and just be more toned down. I thought that would be moreshocking than to keep on doing exactly what they had already seen.”

On the video for “Anaconda”: “I think the video is about what girls do. Girls love being with other girls, and when you go back to us being younger, we would have slumber parties and we’d be dancing with our friends.”

In addition to Jay Z’s “gold sippy cup” speech and Pharrell’s fashion statement, there were plenty of other Twitter-worthy moments that were not televised during Sunday’s Grammys.

After performing “Drunk in Love,” a proud Jay Z walked backstage with one hand around Beyoncé. The couple showed PDA while seated in the front row. They also met up with Robin Thicke and his wife Paula Patton, as well as Pharrell, who bowed in Bey’s presence.

With a glass of cognac in hand, Jay celebrated his wins with Kendrick Lamar and Pharrell. Two-time Grammy winner Lorde was all smiles as she posed for pics with Beyoncé and Taylor Swift.

Jay Z’s Collaboration with Barney’s Net Over $1 Million

According to the NY Daily News, Jay Z’s  The Shawn Carter Foundation will collect over $1 million in profits thanks to sales from the luxury clothing line Jay Z helped launch six weeks ago.

Back in October, Jay discussed the project and what he planned on doing with the profits saying, “This money is going to help individuals facing socio-economic hardships to help further their education at institutions of higher learning.”

Balmain Taps Rihanna As Face of Their Brand


Rihanna is the face of the Balmain, the French designer’s spring/summer 2014 campaign. “Guess who’s the new BALMAIN Woman???!!!!!!! #BALMAIN #MommaImadeIt #CaribbeanGalRunTing,” tweeted RiRi.

The ads, which will make their debut in magazines in January, were shot in New York by Inez & Vinoodh, with styling by Mel Ottenberg.
