BEYONCE TALKS NEW ALBUM!!!
Beyonce has maintained a tight-lipped nature when it comes to her fourth studio album. Yet, with the project’s rumoured release date drawing nearer, the 29 year old megastar has loosened the reigns somewhat – opening up recently about what we can expect from the follow-up to 2008’s ‘I Am…Sasha Fierce’.
I’m excited to hear the news. Also, the idea of her using live instrumentation is great, that’s where she shines best. Clearly, there are no signs of slowing Mrs. Carter down. Are you ready for the new era?? or Simply tired???
Dr. Dre Covers New “XXL” Magazine, Talks “Detox”
Dre also talks about his current state of mind and the status of his upcoming “Detox” album, which we all have been patiently waiting for. Dre Dre will always be one of the best producers in the game. He has crafted so many Hip Hop Masterpieces. I hope that “Detox” lives up to the hype!!!
Celebrity Sighting: Solange
Solange was out in LA last night, spotted at the hot spot Cecconi’s at the Range Rover Evoque VIP launch party. She was looking extremely beautiful!! I think she is pretty dope as an artist too.
Swizz Beatz & Reebok Collabo????
Swizz Beatz is back with a sneak peek that hints to a collaboration with sportswear company Reebok for a sneaker line. He tweeted pics which included two pairs of Reebok samples in grey/white and neon green colorways. Although there’s no official word, Swizzy pretty much confirms that he and Reebok have something planned for 2011. What do you think about these sneakers?
New Music: Ameriie- “Outside Your Body”

Seems as though everyone is going the Pop/Synth route. I’m not mad at her for wanting to step outside her lane, but I love the R&B/Funk Ameriie. She recently took to her Twitter page to announce she was changing her name to “Ameriie,” and subsequently her Twitter profile name to “@ItsAmeriie.”
Ameriie reportedly said that she added the extra “I” to her name to “reflect positive energy.” She has also been in the studio recently, working on her upcoming album, ‘Cymatika Vol. 1,’ a word derived from “cymatics” — the study of visible sound and vibration. The first single from the album, entitled ‘Who’s Gonna Love You,’ was released back in May. As for the sound of her new album, Ameriie said, “I’m still in the studio right now, so the best thing I can say is it’s a very international, worldly sound.”
Brandy Talks About Being Eliminated from “DWTS”
Honestly, I haven’t seen one episode of “Dancing With the Stars,” but the clips I’ve watched of Brandy and Maks has been damn near flawless. Brandy isn’t known to be the greatest dancer, but she surely brought it with DTWS. I’m ready for the new album to drop though!!!!
Nicki Minaj Performs “Right Thru Me” on Wendy Williams Show!
Yea, Nicki’s rhymes be on point, but she still needs to work on her stage presence and becoming a performer. If she wants to be that international star that she portrays, she has to come a lot harder than this. She still has time to get it right, because if she doesn’t people will begin to get bored.
New Album: Cee-Lo “The Lady Killer”
Check this new song out by Cee-Lo, “Bodies.” One of my favorites on the CD, “The Lady Killer.” Cee-Lo always bring the soul, stories, and realness to his music, and “The Lady Killer” is no different. His previous two offerings with Gnarls Barkley were pretty damn good!! In my opinion he always delivers, and I’m always excited to hear what he has to say. He is one of those artists that thinks out the box and is not restrained to “a box”. Love it!!!
