Les Hommes is a high-end label that was founded by Belgium designers Tom Notte and Bart Vandebosch, and aims to create new design concepts by colliding contrasting ideas and opinions. This merging of new ideas can be seen in the latest Les Hommes sneaker line-up (burgundy suede – $485, grey suede – $485, black suede – $555) for the Fall/Winter 2010 collection, which takes the classic sneaker silhouette and adds detail commonly found on oxford and brogue shoes.

This revised version is still delightfully cheery, happy, with some Glee-esque background vocals prancing around behind the scenes. it’s an odd fit for the foreboding sounds of My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.

Jigga is still one of my fave MC’s of all time, so it will be interesting to see how he breaks down his songs, which once glorified p*ssy, money, and champagne. He has definitely become one of Hip-Hop’s most influential and now he can share and add perspective on how he felt when he wrote all of those hits. Will you be buying??
