August Alsina was involved in a fight backstage at the “State of Emergency 2″ concert on Saturday night at Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis.
According to TMZ, who obtained the footage, August and his team got into it with the show’s promoter, Loose Cannon Slim. Slim was reportedly upset at August for showing up late.
After exchanging some heated words, punches were thrown and a shirtless August jumped in, while a member of his crew tried to hold him back. Slim was knocked to the ground and a woman is heard screaming, “Get off of him!”
Fabolous, who was also on the bill, can be seen watching from the side with a drink in hand. Proceeds from the show went to Put Down the Pistol, an anti-gun violence program supported by the local community and police departments.
