They definitely hit the streets of Brooklyn to attend an official MTV After party. As anticipation builds for Mrs. Carter new single and album, she is waiting in the wings while her other industry starlets let their light shine, a la Lady GaGa and Katy Perry.
No sleep till Brooklyn. MTV rolled out the red carpet at the Barclays Center for the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday. Hip-hop, R&B, pop, and rock stars dressed up and showed out. The show featured showstopping performances from Lady GaGa, Kanye West, Katy Perry, Drake. and plenty more.
TMZ is reporting that Lamar Odom has been missing for three days. According to the site, Khloe Kardashian’s husband vanished suddenly and his family believes he may be on a drug binge. Allegedly, no one has been able to contact him for nearly 72 hours.
TMZ first reported that multiple sources familiar with the situation said Odom, 33 has been facing a drug problem for two years. Reportedly, he went to a rehab facility in San Diego last August, but left after three weeks. The site also reports that Odom stayed once he left treatment and was able to play well for the Los Angeles Clippers this past season. But once the season was over, insiders say he slipped back into using “hardcore recreational drugs.”
Sources tell TMZ that within the last few days Odom’s family tried to stage an intervention, but he wouldn’t have it. On Wednesday, Kardashian, 29, allegedly kicked him out of the house and he hasn’t been seen since. People is also reporting that Kardashians have been trying to help Lamar for a long time.
“It’s a really hard time for Khloe,” a source tells People. “She’s kept this secret for almost two years trying to save Lamar and their marriage.”
“Lamar genuinely doesn’t think he has a problem -– it’s all ‘work hard then party hard’ with him until it goes off the rails,” another insider adds. “They really do love each other. But she really feels that this problem is out of control, and she’s hurt that he won’t get help.”
This is not the first time Odom has faced drug accusations. He was suspended in 2001 when he violated NBA drug policy twice in eight months, admitting to smoking marijuana.

Danity Kane is officially back! Following months of rumors, the platinum girl group has announced their reunion.
Four of the five members—Dawn Richard, Aubrey O’Day, Shannon Bex, and Aundrea Fimbres—are on board. D. Woods decided not to return.
They made the announcement on their official website Danitykane.com and also released a series of new photos. The group has been in the studio working on a new album and hinted at the title of their upcoming single by tweeting #Rage.
DK will appear at Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards, where they will make the live announcement at 8:15 p.m. EST.
Danity Kane was formed by Sean “Diddy” Combs on MTV’s “Making the Band 3.” They went on to release two No. 1 albums on Bad Boy Records including their platinum debut and 2008’s Welcome to the Dollhouse before they were disbanded by Diddy the same year.
Another day, another celebrity being jailed for domestic violence, this time actor Marcus Paulk, from “Moesha” fame.

“Moesha” star Marcus T. Paulk — who played the little brother Myles on the show — has just turned himself in to authorities after allegedly putting his girlfriend in the hospital, law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
According to sources, Paulk surrendered at an L.A. jail Thursday afternoon …and he was subsequently placed under arrest.
The alleged victim — a singer named Andi Roxx — tells us, it all started at a nightclub in Beverly Hills called Confidential … she and Paulk had gotten into a verbal argument because she wasn’t paying him enough attention.
When they went home, Roxx says the fight got physical and Paulk punched her in the chin. She says she swung back and busted open his lip, so he punched her again in the stomach, and told her to get her stuff and get out. She says he also kicked her in the stomach.
The next morning, Roxx says she went to the hospital with internal injuries. Law enforcement sources say police responded to the hospital soon after, where Roxx told them what happened.
Police later made contact with Paulk himself and his attorney arranged for Paulk to turn himself in today. We’re told the actor is currently being booked.
Calls to Paulk’s reps were not returned.
Rumors have been swirling that the beautiful model Chanel Iman has been dropped from Victoria Secret. It looks like those rumors may be true. I wonder if this has anything to do with her budding relationship with rapper A$AP Rocky??
While over at Victoria Secret offices, I noticed Chanel Iman was absent from the VS Angels lineup (10 supermodels). I mentioned it to several of the employees and was told “Chanel was dropped, her contract was not renewed for 2013”.
I also ask if Chanel would be in the Victoria Secret “Pink” lineup and was told “No”.

North West made her big television debut on Friday. A proud Kanye West showed off his daughter with Kim Kardashian during his appearance on the finale of Kris Jenner’s talk show.
During the interview, Kanye opened up about fatherhood, his relationship with the press, living with the Kardashians, and love for his new family.
“She’s my joy and she brought my new joy into the world,” he said of Kim. “There’s no paparazzi and there’s no blog comment and there’s nothing that is gonna take that joy from me.”
2 Chainz and 10-members of his entourage were booked into the Oklahoma County Jail after they refused to allow the police to search their tour bus. After his performance was over performing with Lil Wayne, T.I. and Future for their America’s Most Wanted Tour, his bus was pulled over for a busted headlight, but of course after further probing cops believed some illegal drug activity was going on.
Oklahoma City Police Department Sergeant Jennifer Wardlow told Radio.com,
“We stopped the bus about midnight and it was near I-40 and Meridian,”while the investigation was still underway. The reason for traffic stop was it looks like there was a broken taillight. When officers went up to bus and made contact with the driver, there was evidence of drug usage going on the bus. We’re not getting into specifics of what it was, but it was apparent to the officers that there was drug use going on the bus. The driver was taken into custody without any problem. When he got out and shut the door, it locked so the officers couldn’t get into the tour bus.
“The decision was made to tow the bus to our police training facility and obtain a warrant. It was about 8 a.m. Oklahoma time when they were able to get a warrant, and it was at that time that all the people who were on the bus came off.”
