Prosecutors have asked a judge to revoke Chris Brown’s probation, saying there is no credible evidence he completed his community service sentence for beating Rihanna, and citing several other incidents that they say point to anger management issues.

The motion filed Tuesday by the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office focuses heavily on issues with Brown’s community labor in Virginia, citing numerous discrepancies and claiming the R&B singer essentially was unsupervised.

Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos blasted the filing, telling The Associated Press that it was frivolous and defamatory and he planned to seek sanctions against prosecutors.

The prosecution’s motion also notes several incidents in which Brown has lost his temper, including throwing a chair through a window after a “Good Morning America” interview in which he was asked about his beating of Rihanna on the eve of the 2009 Grammy Awards. The report also cites Brown’s Jan. 27 fight with R&B singer Frank Ocean, including Ocean’s claim that Brown threatened to shoot him in the brawl over a parking space.

Sheriff’s officials have said they are unlikely to seek charges against Brown for the recent fight with Ocean, since Ocean has posted online that he does not intend to seek criminal or civil penalties. Ocean told investigators that Brown shouted that he and his entourage “can bust on you too,” which authorities wrote was a street slang term for shooting someone.

Brown is due in court Wednesday for a probation hearing.

Frank Ocean is putting a peaceful end to his feud with Chris Brown. The “Thinkin Bout You” singer has decided to find forgiveness and not press charges.

Following their brawl that occurred last month at a recording studio in West Hollywood, Ocean spoke out about the incident in a letter on his blog.

“As a child I thought if someone jumped me it would result in me murdering or mutilating a man,” wrote Ocean, who is nominated for six Grammys. “But as a man I am not a killer. I’m an artist and a modern person.”

He decided to let bygones be bygones and not press any charges or file a lawsuit. “I’ll choose sanity. No criminal charges. No civil lawsuit.”

The decision wasn’t an easy one to make. “Forgiveness, albeit difficult, is wisdom. Peace, albeit trite, is what I want in my short life. Peace,” he said.

Frank suffered a cut finger, while Chris injured his hand during the altercation. Chris maintains that Frank started the fight by refusing to shake his hand, while an eyewitness claims Chris threw the first punch. Chris fled the scene and has yet to speak with police about the incident.

Yesterday rumors circulated that Beyonce was creating a problem for Superbowl organizers, demanding a laundry list of expensive backstage perks.

The reports are “pure pulp fiction” …  and working with Beyonce has been nothing short of a pleasure.

Rick Ross escaped with his life earlier today, after drive-by shooting targeting the rapper took place early this morning.  Fort Lauderdale police have confirmed that multiple shots were fired at a Rolls-Royce the rapper was inside of with a female companion, early this morning.

In what sounds like a scene from a movie, the Rolls-Royce took off in an attempt to flee the gunfire, but crashed into a residential apartment building.  Sources stated that Rick Ross has been in Miami earlier in the evening celebrating his birthday at popular nightclub LIV.  “It did occur in Ft. Lauderdale. He was NOT shot. He was shot at,” Fort Lauderdale police said.

Police are still looking for suspects or witnesses who may information regarding the incident.

The Wall Street Journal says it has obtained audio direct from Beyonce’s microphone that proves she actually did sing the National Anthem live at the Inauguration.  Pretty much everyone who knows me, knows that I’m in love with Beyonce, and when people started to make accusations of her lip-syncing I just had to smh, because anyone who knows music or live entertainment can CLEARLY see the woman is singing live. I do live shows all the time, and understand the technicalities of it all.  However, for people to make a big deal over this is baffling; considering all of the MAJOR issues and problems in the world.  People just love to hate on Bey.  Yes, she’s super-talented, beautiful, I can go on and on.  Yet people still find reasons to hate on one of the baddest to ever do it.  Insecurity, envy, and jealousy is a bitch!!  We ALL know that Beyonce sings better live than on her albums, and I’ve seen her on more than one occasion, and she’s does it all in REAL time.  I said I wasn’t going to comment or post about this, but enough is enough and you people need to find a better hobby!!
