Jimmy Henchman Ordered Suge Knight Shooting

Back in 2005 Suge Knight was shot in the leg at Kanye West’s MTV Video Music Awards pre-party in Miami. Turns out the shooting was ordered by notorious Czar Entertainment CEO James “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond.

According to the Smoking Gun a drug dealer cooperating with the Feds has admitted shooting Suge Knight at Kanye’s VMA party and claims he got the orders and the gun from Jimmy Henchman who was also at the party.

Pebbles Sues Left Eye Of TLC For Money She Was Owed From 1992

We all knew that Peebles would strike back in some type of way after she was portrayed as a scheming manager in the “CrazySexy Cool: The TLC Story‘, but she’s giving out low blows now.  Check the story below:

Via Cream BMP Daily reports:

“Just cuz she not here doesn’t mean she ain’t gotta pay what she owe; Everybody pays what they owe. Ask TLC” said Pebbles to a Vh1 correspondent late Wednesday evening.

I honestly thought of her as a little sister …a little sister that owes me money from 1992″ – Pebbles

Pebbles sat down with VH1 briefly to discuss her plans to sue the people behind Left Eye’s estate and doesn’t have plans to let up until all is paid in full; Which is why remaining members of TLC mentioned they haven’t been able to perform some of their past hits in a Breakfast Club interview due to holds on Left Eye’s vocals

“TLC just did that BIG movie …Hell, they can pay!” said Pebbles sarcastically about TLC’s straight to TV movie ‘CrazySexyCool’ that has the whole world talking about the female super group once again.

Pebbles assured VH1 it had nothing to do with the way she was negatively portrayed in the TLC movie ‘CrazySexyCool’, but claims “It’s just business.”

Chris Brown Charges Reduced, Released from Jail

Chris Brown has been released from custody and his felony assault charge reduced to a misdemeanor.  Over the weekend Chris Brown was arrested in Washington DC on suspicion of felony assault after he was accused of punching an over zealous fan in the face.

Today at his arraignment the charges were reduced to misdemeanor simple assault because Chris Brown and his bodyguard’s version of what happened is different from the victim’s version of what happened.

According to WUSA 9

The assault happened outside the W Hotel at K and 15th streets at approximately 4:25 a.m. after an after party, say police.

Brown was in town for an appearance at The Park nightclub, according to the police report. Brown and his 34-year-old bodyguard, Chris Hollosy, agreed to take a picture with a fan. According to the police report, the victim tried to jump in the picture before Hollosy and Brown both punched the victim.

They retreated to their tour bus but stayed on the scene, according to the police report.

The victim was treated and released from the hospital after suffering injuries to his face, say police.

The Washington Post reports that Brown’s camp denies the story about taking a photo. Instead, the camp says the victim tried following two women on the tour bus and that led to the fight.

A misdemeanor battery charge carries up to 180 days in jail and up to $1,000 in fines.

The next hearing is set for Nov 25th.

Jay Z Releases Statement on the Barneys Incident

After catching heat for remaining silent  Jay Z releases an official statement regarding the status of his collaboration with Barneys.  Read his statement below:

This collaboration lives in a place of giving and is about the Foundation. I am not making a dime from this collection; I do not stand to make millions, as falsely reported. I need to make that fact crystal clear. The Shawn Carter Foundation is the beneficiary and the foundation is receiving 25% of all sales from the collaboration, 10% of all sales generated in the store on November 20th and an additional donation from Barneys. This money is going to help individuals facing socio-economic hardships to help further their education at institutions of higher learning. My idea was born out of creativity and charity… not profit.

I move and speak based on facts and not emotion. I haven’t made any comments because I am waiting on facts and the outcome of a meeting between community leaders and Barneys. Why am I being demonized, denounced and thrown on the cover of a newspaper for not speaking immediately? The negligent, erroneous reports and attacks on my character, intentions, and the spirit of this collaboration have forced me into a statement I didn’t want to make without the full facts. Making a decision prematurely to pull out of this project, wouldn’t hurt Barneys or Shawn Carter, but all the people that stand a chance at higher education. I have been working with my team ever since the situation was brought to my attention to get to the bottom of these incidents and at the same time find a solution that doesn’t harm all those that stand to benefit from this collaboration.

I am against discrimination of any kind, but if I make snap judgements, no matter who it’s towards, aren’t I committing the same sin as someone who profiles? I am no stranger to being profiled and I truly empathize with anyone that has been put in that position. Hopefully this brings forth a dialogue to effect real change. – Shawn “JAY Z” Carter
