After 14 years on the air, BET’s music countdown show “106 & Park” is going off air.
Bow Wow and Keshia Chanté will host the final daily on-air show on December 19, it was announced yesterday.
There are still plans to produce “106 & Park” specialst hroughout the year, including the annual New Year’s Eve show, “106 & Party,” along with live event experiences at the BET Awards and BET Experience.
It’s the 4th Good Will Wednesday already and B. Will’s consistency only gets stronger. This week he drops “Lyrical Murder,” a warning shot to let other “MC’s” know that they have to step it up if they trying to complete against him. It’s bout’ to get real ya”ll!!! “So me and Fat Drugs was on the phone, and we were talking about how far “out of touch” some artists are as far as their ability to spit (to be humble)… We was really talking about how wack these rappers are and how they keep putting out bullshit and people eat it right up (laughs). 30 minutes later, he sent me the beat to this song and told me to “tell these niggas what we talking about bra!”. And this was the result. As always, I wanted to display a different side of my craft. A lot of my fans and listeners haven’t seen me go this rout before. Military veterans and active-duty service members were among the hundreds of thousands of music fans who packed the National Mall on Tuesday for a free Veterans Day concert starring Bruce Springsteen, Rihanna and Eminem.
The first-of-its-kind Concert for Valor, staged by HBO, Starbucks and Chase Corp., was intended to raise awareness for issues affecting veterans.

“My thought process in making this song was to completely cut loose.. I wanted to make a solid and strong statement and show just how versatile I am. I wanted people to hear this song and think “whoa!”. I think as artists, we have to do that every now and then. Just recklessly exercise our craft and whatever happens, happens… it’ll be art regardless. Sort of like a heavyweight champ mindlessly hitting a punching bag. (Laughs) yeah, this here is that punching bag flow!”

To celebrate her 14th birthday singer/actress Willow Smith dropped a new EP titled 3. For the project, Willow recruited TDE performer SZA to appear on the song “9”. The two other tracks are “8” and “Flowers.”
Her mini-album is currently available for free only on Google Play Music. 3 will be released through other digital retailers on November 17.
Juvenile is back and taking it back to his roots, where it all started; Cash Money Records.
