Jennifer Hudson might be able to hit high notes with her voice but Chris Brown’s dance moves may help him to go even higher. As the chart rumble intensifies, Brown is set to outsell his belting counterpart on the Billboard 200 next week according to Hits Daily Double.

‘F.A.M.E’ (Brown’s 4th studio album) is projected to sell 250-275k copies next week, putting it on track to claim the #1 spot on the Billboard lineup. These figures will give him the honor of having the 2nd highest 1st-week sales of 2011 to date behind only Adele’s ‘21′ which opened with 351k earlier this year.

Hudson’s ‘I Remember Me’ is in line to claim the #2 spot with an impressive 150-175k copies sold. However, these numbers represent a significant decline from the 217k units that the ‘Where You At’ singer sold when her self-titled debut album which entered the chart with 217k in 2008.

Keri Hilson’s video for ‘One Night Stand (Ft. Chris Brown)’ could not have come at a better time. With the song leaping up the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop chart (currently positioned at #68 after only 2 weeks), ‘Pretty Girl Rock’ experiencing renewed popularity and Brown at the centre of media attention, the Colin Tilley-directed clip is almost a guaranteed hit.

As Kelly Price gears up to release her sixth album, KELLY, on May 3, 2011, she is enjoying the growing success of her recently released single, “Not My Daddy.” The new single, which debuted at #20 last week on iTunes, features production and vocals by Mint Condition’s Stokley Williams and is sizzling at radio, approaching a Top 10 spot. “Not My Daddy” is the follow up to the GRAMMY®-nominated single, “Tired.”

Two of music’s biggest pop stars are about to collide. Jennifer Lopez has enlisted Lady Gaga’s talents for her upcoming album.

The “Born This Way” singer wrote and produced two tracks for Lopez’s seventh effort Love?, according to RedOne. “For those who don’t know, @ladygaga Produced/Wrote with me TWO Records for @JLo, ‘Invading my Mind’ and an Other one coming SOOON!!! OMG!!!” tweeted the hitmaker, who also produced Lopez’s first single “On the Floor.”

The “American Idol” judge recently revealed that her next single from Love? will likely be “I’m Into You” featuring Lil Wayne. “To me just the things he says and the way he says it is very unique, and I feel like he has a fresh new voice,” she said of Weezy.
