Here is the official remix of Nicki Minaj’s ‘Roman’s Revenge’. Renamed ‘Roman’s Revenge 2.0′, the track features Minaj’s mentor Lil Wayne who replaces his fellow Hip-Hop titan Eminem.  I personally like the original with Em’, and would have liked a new verse from Nicki;  but Lil Wayne as always goes in…take a listen.

Breakout newcomer Jessie J recently revealed that her smash single ‘Do It Like A Dude’ was intended for Rihanna. However, she decided to keep it for herself. I’m sure Rihanna would easily have been able to put all her swag into the track but Jessie J totally seals the deal. The talented songwriter is so popular right now she has been asked to write for the new albums of Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera and Willow Smith.

The 22-year-old also celebrated topping the BBC’s Sound of 2011 by performing for their radio platform this week. The singer’s upcoming LP ‘Who You Are’ will be released on March 14th. I can’t wait!  I discovered Amy Winehouse off a whim like this, listening to underground artists, who eventually hits the mainstream and blows up!!  I’ve been checking for Jessie J for almost a year now!!  I’m so inspired by new artists that are fresh and different, and tell beautiful stories of love, life, and heartache.

Pretty dope song, Eminem killed as always and Jazmine’s soulful harmonies added that extra pain to it. Who would have ever thought of those two to collabo!!

Producer Swizz Beatz has launched his own series of free weekly mp3s titled ‘Monster Monday’ (clearly, he was inspired by Kanye West’s ‘G.O.O.D. Fridays’ series). The latest track for this Monster Monday is a track by his R&B songstress wife Alicia Keys entitled ‘Speechless’. The track features rapper Eve.

The laidback melodic soul groove from the young pianist is backed by an electric guitar.  The cut, which very much samples Kanye West’s ‘Devil in a New Dress’, is practically an eargasm.  Love it!!!!

Lupe Fiasco delivered a gift to his patient fans on Christmas Day with the video for “The Show Goes On,” the first single from his oft-delayed album Lasers, coming March 8, 2011. The green-screen clip was directed by Hiro and features the Chicago MC in the first visuals since he settled his much-publicized dispute with label Atlantic Records.

I definitely need to pick up his album, heard a few tracks, and they’re pretty HOT!! People are sleeping on the dude, but he has a creative style of telling stories.

Here’s a new song from Keri Hilson entitled One Night Stand. The song features Keri’s good friend Chris Brown. The song was produced by Hollywood Hotsauce and Charlie Bereal, and it finds Keri and Chris talking about, well having a one night stand.
