BEYONCÉ AND JAY Z JOINT ALBUM IS COMING, SAYS PRODUCER DETAIL

Jay Z and Beyoncé

In September, DJ Skee reported that Beyoncé and Jay Z were planning a joint LP for a late 2014/early 2015 release. Now it looks like it has come to fruition.

“I’m working with a couple of new projects that I don’t want to unveil, and then me and Beyoncé and Jay Z are actually doing something together this year,” Detail told Billboard.

He hinted at a full album from hip-hop’s power couple. “When you think of Jay and Bey together, you think ‘album.’ You should already know,” said Detail, who won his first Grammy for Best R&B Song for “Drunk in Love.”

When asked if the album would arrive this year, he responded, “In my imaginary mind, I will work to say it’s true.”

The Carters added a pair of Grammys to their mantle at Sunday’s ceremony, winning for Best R&B Performance and Best R&B Song for “Drunk in Love.”

Funny Video: Reaction of Jay Z, Beyonce and Crowd When Kanye Approaches Grammy Stage

Kanye West and Beck

It looked like Kanye West was going to have another outburt at the Grammys awards after Beck won Album of the Year over Beyoncé on Sunday night.  Yeezy got out of his seat and pretended to storm the stage, much like he did with Taylor Swift at the 2009 MTV VMAs.

However, panic flashed across Jay Z and Beyoncé’s faces as Kanye walked toward the stage.  Definitely, funny seeing everyone’s reaction.

Kelly Price Honors Bobbi Kristina

Earlier this week there was a bit of controversy after the originator of the annual R&B pre-Grammy party where Whitney Houston last performed accused singer Kelly Price of hi-jacking his event and going on with the show despite pleas to cancel out of respect for Bobbi Kristina Brown.

However, Kelly did go on with the show and kicked it off with a tribute to Bobbi Kris…

Eyewitness reveal Kelly opened by the show by telling the crowd, according to All Hip-Hop.com

“Bobbi Kristina is in the hospital and her condition is very serious and I will say this one thing and this one thing only: Please continue to pray for her as she fights for her life. She is a young woman who deserves a chance to live and to thrive and experience the greatness that is inside of her and come into her own… I will ask you all to say a prayer. If prayer is not your thing, send love. Send your love and well wishes to the entire family.”

Kelly and Faith Evans then sang a duet of Kelly’s hit with Whitney Houston ‘Heartbreak Hotel’.
