Mystikal is the newest member of the Cash Money family. Just weeks after welcoming  Busta Rhymes, YMCMB has added another veteran rapper to its star-studded lineup.

Cash Money Records CEO and founder Birdman signed the New Orleans native to the label in November, with his first album for Cash Money due next spring.

“It is an honor to get the opportunity to work with Mystikal, as we have a long history together,” said Birdman. “He is a great artist and his talent, combined with our hard work and strong team, is going to result in some of the best music of his career. I am going to put my red Superman drawers, cape and boots on and go! This is a huge moment for me and I am truly excited to be with Cash Money Records.”

It’s a Boy! Fantasia Finally Has Her Baby

The singer Fantasia Barrino has just given birth to a baby boy.  Yesterday, at approximately 1:30 pm EST, the singer was admitted to Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina.   The original due date for the child was December 29, but it came two weeks early.

The child’s father, is believed to be Antwaun Cook who was married at the time of the affair.  Fantasia first achieved success as the winner of the third season of American Idol back in 2004.  Since that time, her career has seen numerous ups and downs, including a moment when she attempted suicide last year.

Fantasia Expected to Deliver Baby Sometime Today, After Going into Labor

Fantasia Barrino and Antwaun Cook baby birth is expected for later today. The American Idol singer entered labor roughly two hours ago, reports claim. Antwaun is still married to his estranged wife, Paula Cook.

Antwaun’s wife Paula Cook claimed Fantasia had an affair with her husband starting in August 2009. “Beginning as early as August, 2009 and continuing up until the date of the parties’ separation, Defendant / Husband engaged in behavior that was inconsistent with his marital status and / or responsibilities to Plaintiff / Wife” Paula Cook claimed in her divorce papers.

In 2009, pictures surfaced online of Antwaun Cook and Barrino dating. But in a Honey Magazine interview at the time, Barrino denied dating Cook at the time. “Yes, [the rumors] were all really cute to me. I guess it was something about a guy from T-Mobile? [Cook was a T-Mobile sales agent in a Charlotte, NC store in November 2009]. Inaccurate. He was hot, but I think I’m looking for my own man. There’s no boo in my life, I’m married to my career.”

Barrino went on to claim she didn’t even know Antwaun. Barrino told Honey that she had never even met Cook before. “Right now I’m not really focused on a boyfriend; we all know what happens when you get them … As a matter of fact, I’ve never even [met him] before. I think I’d want to be with a guy who’s in the same tax bracket as I am … or higher!”

Fantasia would later say that she was open book her fans. “Fantasia has always been an open book. Honesty, self-respect, and personal responsibility are values she wears proudly” said a Barrino representative in 2010.

Beyonce May Just Win the $100 Million Law Suit Filed Against Her

Via NY Daily News

Superstar Beyonce’s  first attempt to shoot down a video-game manufacturer in a $100 million legal battle was off target, but she might score a direct hit in the next round.

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Charles Ramos told Beyonce’s lawyers last month that he was denying their motions for dismissal on the technical grounds they raised — but still might toss the entire case on the overall merits.

“This record screams out for it…I’m serious. This is close,” the judge said in a transcript obtained by the Daily News.

“I don’t want to see this case get protracted,” he told Beyonce’s lawyers, Jordan Siev and David Kochman.

The case focuses on a $100 million deal that Beyonce was negotiating with Gate Five LLC for an interactive videogame. Viewers imitating her in front of a screen would get praise or advice from the singer in her voice.

Gate Five accused Beyonce of a “double cross” by pulling out of the talks at the last minute and demanding a sweeter contract.

However, according to the transcript, Beyonce withdrew from the talks when she learned that Gate Five was proposing at the last minute to eliminate her 40% ownership stake in the franchise.

It’s a completely different deal. We’re talking apples and oranges here,” Siev said.

Good Luck Bey!!!

Lil Wayne Gets into Fight With Look-A-Like Rapper in South Africa, Plus Video of the Impersonator/Rapper….You be the judge!!

Lil Wayne got into a physical confrontation with another rapper in Johannesburg, South Africa.

According to more than a dozen eye witnesses, rapper Lil Wayne got into a fight, inside a Johannesburg club called HUSH. The fight occurred, according to one eye witness, when Weezy and some of his YMCMB goons attempted to confront a South African rapper, who copies Lil Wayne’s style. The rapper goes by the name Young Nucho.

The witness says, “Mack Maine and security asked Nucho to leave the club, but he refused. Nucho had [goons] with him too, so nothing happened.” But later that evening, it popped off. Supposedly Nucho is impersonating and leading fans to believe he’s Wayne.

Multiple clubgoers confirm that Nucho and his crew attempted to approach Weezy. It’s not clear if they wanted to show him hate. But either way, Weezy wasn’t having.

A big fight broke out allegedly, where Weezy put hands on Young Nucho. Any real die hard fan can tell the difference.

IRS Don’t Play That……:MC Hammer Sued By IRS For Nearly $800,000 In Back Taxes

The one-time King Of Rap MC Hammer still owes the I.R.S. $779,585 in back taxes and has now filed a lawsuit against the Oaktown MC and his wife.

According to TMZ, the back taxes are mainly from his financially troubled years, 1996 and 1997, and the government wants any concert earnings automatically directed back to the government.

Hammer filed for bankruptcy in 1996 after being more than $13 million in debt.

Jermaine Dupri Sued Over $80,000 in Unpaid Lamborghini Bills

Via to TMZ.

Not only was Jermaine Dupri’s mega-expensive Lamborghini repossessed recently — now, the people who fronted him the cash to pay for it are out for blood … claiming the producer still owes them $80,000 for the car.

Premier Financial Services filed new legal docs in Georgia Superior Court, claiming Jermaine financed the white 2005 Lamborghini Murcielago in 2006 — worth $330,000 — and agreed to make 58 monthly payments of $4,323.

According to the docs, Jermaine dropped $70,000 up front for the car and successfully made the majority of payments — but for some reason … he dropped the ball in 2009, and failed to pay the remaining handful.

As a result, PFS repossessed the car and sold it off for $115,000 — and now they’re out for the difference … insisting they hemorrhaged $79,095 in the deal-gone-wrong, and they’re suing Jermaine for their losses.

Janice Dickinson Goes Off On Tyra Banks & ‘America’s Next Top Model’

In spite of last Wednesday’s finale of “America’s Next Top Model: All Stars” making headlines stemming from the dismissal of contestant Angelea Preston, former judge Janice Dickinson isn’t shocked by the show’s recent controversy.

“CoverGirl are the ones who choose the model — not any of the judges. People don’t know that!” she revealed in an interview on Janice TV at FilmOn.com. “When I found that out, I split. It’s rigged!”

Since show creator Tyra Banks reportedly fired her in 2005 after four seasons of the reality show, Dickinson has publicly ridiculed Banks in the past calling her a “huge, big woman,” and a “man.” It appears that the 56-year-old still has a distaste for her former boss.

“The fact of the matter is [Tyra Banks] makes like $90 million,” she said. “She makes a lot of money per year still hawking that franchise worldwide — they’re doing it in every country — and it’s CoverGirl who chooses the winner…F*** you Tyra! Eat a bag of royal skank!”
