The other day rumors spread that Shaquille O’Neal and Flava of Love’s Hoopz were no longer a couple after Hoopz had a messy meltdown outside an Olympic training facility.
Hoopz responds to the rumors.
Tonight, August 28 at 10PM, Maybach Music Group recording artist Meek Mill makes his BET Network movie debut in Streets. Meek, who plays himself in the film, stars alongside Nafeesa Williams (Nicole Gordon) and Marvin Warner (Michael Butler).
The story follows Nicole, whose recently divorced mother takes a high profile job with Philadelphia’s District Attorney. Nicole is accidentally swept into a world which places her on the other side of her mother’s new career. Meek is not only the most successful recording artist in the city; he also has the streets at his will – too bad he can’t say the same thing for his crew.
Streets was written and directed by Jamal Hill. Early on in his career, his directing skills were brought to the attention of Will Smith. That connection led to Hill interning at Overbrook Entertainment and landing blockbuster movie credits on “I Am Legend”, “Hancock”, and “Iron Man”.
“This is my Philly version of ‘Menace 2 Society’,” Hill said of his film. “I’m proud of the fanfare ‘Streets’ built over the past year. The cast did an excellent job. Meek Mill showed exceptional talent across the board.”
Shaquille O’Neal and Hoopz broke up again, this time because Shaq didn’t support her Olympic dreams.
Hoopz has confirmed that she and Shaq are done and Black Sports Online knows the reason why.
Apparently after watching Gabrielle Douglas win gold for the US in the Olympics, Hoopz wanted to get gymnastic lessons and seriously entertained representing the US in the 2016 games.
After visiting a gym in Florida and being told she was too old Hoopz went off.
An eyewitness tell BSO,
“The gym doesn’t teach people over the age of 18 for insurance purposes and when Hoopz was told this she lost her mind. She started to curse out the staff and became belligerent. She got extremely loud, screaming at the top of her lungs how she needed to train for the 2016 Olympics.
Shaq was embarrassed, he dropped his head like he was ashamed of her. He didn’t say anything while they were in the gym, but once they got to their car a heated argument took place. You could hear and see them screaming at each other. I felt bad for him.”

Diddy toasted his favorite Bad Girl’s 26th birthday at a private celebration over the weekend. The hip-hop mogul invited some friends and family to his Los Angeles crib for an intimate soirée. Cassie partied with Diddy’s son Justin Combs, French Montana, Kevin Hart, and fellow Virgos Evan Ross and Keke Palmer, who were both celebrating their birthdays.
She played ping-pong in her stilettos and guests gathered around to sing “Happy Birthday” to her. Diddy even presented the “King of Hearts” singer with a gold Rolex to match his.
“Happy Birthday @casandrae @cassiesuper…Had to match dem Rolexs baby…Team us! Let’s Go!” he tweeted.
Missy Elliott won’t be participating in the controversial Aaliyah album, but she does have new music of her own on the way. The hip-hop icon is readying two new singles for release next month.

After a long and public battle, Usher has been awarded primary custody of his two sons.
A judge sided with the “Climax” singer over his ex-wife Tameka Foster in court today, reports TMZ. Both parties wanted full custody of their children. Tameka called out Usher for being an absentee father who was too wrapped up in his career to be a good parent. She also accused him of using drugs in front of his sons.
Usher fired back, claiming that Tameka was inattentive and irresponsible. He even broke down on the witness stand at one point during the trial.
Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Ely Raymond will be spending the majority of their time with their father. Tameka still retains some custodial rights, but it’s unclear how often she will be able to see her kids.
