She has been low-key since Blue was born. She has been pretty much a plain Jane as she plays her “mommy role.” Bee definitely looks like she has become comfortable in that position. I know her fans are dying for the initial comeback!!!
Rihanna showed off her new look while attending the Battleship press conference on board the USS George Washington at U.S. Fleet Activities Yokosuka in Japan on Monday. Rocking a cap over her partly-shaved jet black hair, the singer-turned-actress posed with her castmates including Brooklyn Decker, Alexander Skarsgard, Taylor Kitsch, Tadanobu Asano, and director Peter Berg. RiRi plays Navy weapons officer Raikes in the action film, which opens April 13 in Japan and May 18 in the U.S.
Slime, screams, and Smiths ruled the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday, March 31. Will Smith hosted the 25th annual show at USC’s Galen Center in Los Angeles, honoring kids’ top choices in TV, movies, music, and sports. It was a family affair as the entire Smith family including a pink-haired Willow, Jaden, Jada Pinkett, and Trey cheered on Will, who kicked off the show by performing “Can U Handle This.”
A blonde Nicki Minaj turned heads in a colorful outfit made of tickets with stuffed teddy bears covering her heels. She presented the orange blimp for Favorite Music Group with Hunger Games star Josh Hutcherson.
Ludacris walked the orange carpet with his daughter Karma, Diggy Simmons stayed fresh in a blue motorcycle jacket, and family man Travis Barker kicked it with his kids.
Katy Perry performed her hit “Part of Me,” while First Lady Michelle Obama presented Taylor Swift with The Big Help Award in recognition of her philanthropic endeavors. Cee Lo Green was hoping to get slimed, but instead got “ice cream sundae’d” by Will Smith, complete with a cherry on top.
The highlight came at the end when Justin Bieber was showered with green slime while accepting the award for Favorite Male Singer, drenching himself and Will Smith.

While her current single “Love On Top,” spends a 5th week at # 1 on the R&B/Hip Hop Songs Billboard chart, it seems that all other promotional efforts have been halted. However, Bee is set to release “End of Time,” to the U.K. market, but it is speculated that she will release the song in the U.S. as well as her final single from for her platinum album “4”. As she prepares to star in what she says “the role of a lifetime” it will be interesting to see how Beyonce takes her career to the next level, especially with the likes of rising pop stars Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, and Lady Gaga all vying for the throne.
The “Think Like A Man,” cast have been on the promotional trail as the movie based off of Steve Harvey’s book is set to be a big hit. In a interview with Kevin Hart, Michael Ealy, Romany Malco, Terrence J and Jerry Ferrara, Regina Hall thougjht it would be a good idea to throw herself on each of the men as they were being interviewed. Nevertheless, it was pretty hard for the actors to keep a straight face, and they were clearly distracted by Ms. Hall
Yesterday Beyonce took her little one out for a stroll in a glamorous grey fur hoodie that also doubled as baby sling. But today the 30-year-old opted for a more traditional baby blanket to wrap up daughter Blue Ivy tonight in New York City. Beyonce is prepping for her “Big” comeback performance in May. She is also about to start production on her next feature film, “A Star is Born,” directed by multiple Oscar winner Clint Eastwood.
To celebrate the release of her new EP “Armor On”, Dawn Richard hit up “106 & Park” to premiere the video for her first single “Bombs.” Beaming in orange, the New Orleans singer spoke about the long road to her solo project, the dance-heavy video for “Bombs,” and her upcoming tour.
“We are pushing the limits,” Dawn some of her new music. “R&B is really linear and it’s not a bad thing. I just think being with Danity Kane and being with Dirty Money, I’ve experienced so many things sonically and lyrically that I want ya’ll to be moved. It’s time for something a little bit more refreshing. I want to be that person for you guys.”
While the EP is already No. 1 on iTunes R&B/Soul chart, Dawn is not settling. She’s looking forward to her full-length album GoldenHeart. “I’m so excited for the album ’cause that’s what I prepared for from the beginning.”
Dawn will hit the road with Young Money singer PJ Morton, starting in their hometown of New Orleans on April 6 and traveling to Atlanta, New York, L.A., and Washington, D.C.
Rihanna was flaming hot as she and her gal pals rode the tube to Drake’s sold-out show at London’s O2 Arena on Tuesday. The blonde bombshell wore a black shirt with flames on it and thigh-high leather boots, turning heads as she went through the turnstyle at Waterloo Station. This is not the first time RiRi has chosen the tube as her method of transportation. She was seen riding it to her concerts last summer and the BRIT Awards earlier this year.
“There’s so much traffic. It’s approximately an hour-and-a-half to the O2 every time,” she previously complained to Jonathan Ross. “I hate waking up early and I’m always late, so the tube is like 10 minutes.”
Rihanna just returned from Los Angeles, where she shot the video for “Princess of China” with Coldplay. She stars in the $200 million live-action film Battleship, which opens in theaters on May 18.
