Jennifer Williams Drops Her Lawsuit

Could Basketball Wives Jennifer Williams be trying to woo her way back onto the show?

Unconfirmed rumors suggest Jennifer Williams was not being asked back for another season of Basketball Wives after she filed a lawsuit against Evelyn Lozada’s assistant, Nia Crooks, for slapping her face during an episode of the show.

Now, after a rough summer of having her Bentley repossessed and her estranged husband Eric’s secret baby put on blast, Jennifer decided she’s just had enough and has dropped the suit without settlement.

Love and Hip Hop Producer Denies Show Is Scripted

I don’t know about you, but for me Love and Hip Hop Atlanta is  just a ratchet version of All My Children. Now LHHA producer Mona Scott-Young ruins the illusion by disputing long standing rumors that the show is scripted.

Mona tells MTV Rap Fix Live,

“We don’t feed you information. It’s not scripted. That’s the most ridiculous thing that I hear all the time. There are like 40-something people on set. Do you think I can get them all to keep the secret? What do they do with script afterwards, eat it? This is their lives!”

and as for the notion she’s promoting negative images Mona says,

“[These people] have every right to tell their stories. I think they’re valid stories, and judging by the numbers, they’re stories that people want to see and hear about. But if this is not your cup of tea, there are other great shows on other networks that you may view as well.”

Brandy debuted her new single “Put It Down” live in Washington, DC last night.  Taking front, stage, centre at the Howard Theater, the R&B star murked the stage with hard hitting choreography and vocals that seems to be always on point.  From what I’m hearing Bran definitely “Put it Down!!”  Anticipation continues to build as her highly awaited CD “Two Eleven” will be hitting stores within months.

Rapper the Game Calls off Engagement

Last October rapper,  the Game surprised girlfriend Tiffney Cambridge with a  big proposal with cameras at the Elemenetary school she works at.  Now it seems as though the wedding has been called off.

According to the couple’s wedding website, the wedding has been cancelled–with no explanation.  Their site, Tiffney & Jayceon, posted the message:

S2S reports:

Although Game previously told S2S that he’d spent half a million dollars on the ceremony, the two “just didn’t get along,” the source said. “It just didn’t work out.”

Beyonce Steps Out in NYC with an Uncovered Blue Ivy

It’s been a while since we’ve gotten a glimpse of Blue Ivy Carter. Well, to be precise, since we’ve seen her little feet, since her parents Beyoncé and Jay-Z are always careful to keep her face covered.  Beyonce and Blue were spotted out at Bergdorf Goodman NYC this afternoon.  It is definitely too hot to be wrapped up in blankets, so I’m glad Blue got a chance to take in some air.
